## What you can choose

- ### A start for the whole team

  A short shared session. We go through what has really changed in the tools and what is still just talk. We end by agreeing on a first concrete step.
- ### Leadership team workshop

  The leadership team gets a shared language and picks a few real use cases. The result is a written plan with a named owner for each item.
- ### Everyday tools

  Everyone brings their own recurring tasks, and we do them together from start to finish. The aim is a habit that sticks.
- ### Your team's workflows

  The same practical format for one team, for example sales, finance, marketing or HR. We work on real documents, not generic examples.
- ### Automation in practice

  We pick a recurring work step and build a working automation for it together. You also learn how to build the next one yourself and what is not worth automating.
- ### Plan and order

  When there are lots of ideas, we rank them by benefit and effort. We agree on the first steps and who owns them.

   We go through what was achieved and agree on the next steps.
