## FAQ

### What is an AI agent?

A program that uses AI to do a task on its own, for example sorting emails or preparing a report. A person approves or checks the result.

### What is an MCP server?

An interface through which an AI agent uses a service. The agent fetches data directly from, say, the CRM instead of someone copying it by hand.

### Where is my data?

The agents and servers we build run in UpCloud data centres in the EU, including Helsinki.

### Where should I start?

With an assessment. It shows which recurring work takes the most time and whether it can be automated.
