Why UpCloud and not AWS or Azure?
UpCloud is a European cloud with a data centre in Helsinki. Your data stays in the EU and there are no separate egress fees. We build our own services exclusively on UpCloud, so we know it well.
What does the cloud cost?
You pay for usage. As a reseller we get partner pricing, and costs are invoiced based on actual usage. You get an estimate once we know the size of your environment.
Can I publish a small app without my own cloud environment?
Yes. Vinssi is the Vertics deploy service that runs an app from GitHub in a European cloud in Helsinki. vinssi.ai
Who looks after the environment after migration?
We do, if you want. Servers can go under maintenance services and the software under First Line.
